Our new Learning Paths feature allows you to match your team's training to your specific needs.

With Learning Paths, group leaders have the option to select courses from SafeStack programs and assign them to their whole organization or to a smaller group of learners.

What’s most useful about this feature is the range of ways it can help you make the most of your SafeStack training.

Whether you’re juggling the needs of different teams in your organization, staring down a compliance deadline, or wanting to support your team to focus on what’s important right now, Learning Paths are here to help.

How Learning Paths can help you

Let’s have a look at some ways you might use Learning Paths.

“My learners aren’t engaging with the training”

Low engagement can be a problem with any employer-provided training, and it’s often the result of people not knowing where to start.

Learning Paths are a great way to help your teams start small and build their knowledge over time. 

You can modify a path at any time, so why not start with one or two courses that are the closest match to your team’s needs or priorities? You could even choose one that’s relevant to an upcoming project, so they can apply what they learn right away. 

And once you hit that 100% completion mark, you can add in another course to keep the momentum going!

“Oh no, we need to meet our compliance training deadline”

Have no fear; Learning Paths are here. 

It might sound cheesy, but Learning Paths are an ideal way to focus your team on learning exactly what’s needed to meet compliance requirements.

Got a really, really big team to train? Learning Paths can help take the headache out of this. 

Here’s what you do. 

• Step 1: Give each of your team leads ownership of their team’s training.

• Step 2: Let each team lead create a path for their team, then assign it to their team members.

Red Team, Blue Team, Engineering Team, Mobile Team, whatever other wonderful teams you have: the possibilities are endless for breaking up your organization into more manageable groups.

However your structure goes, use it to your advantage to make learning more relevant. 

Each team lead can choose the courses that are most relevant to their team’s daily work, or they can duplicate a path created by someone in your organization if they want to focus everyone on the same topics.

“My team has people at lots of different experience levels”

Learning Paths can help with this, too.

With the ability to make as many paths as you want, you can get creative and try a few options out. For example, maybe new starters begin with the basics, while senior engineers get more of a challenge. 

You can create paths for different levels of experience or knowledge and assign your groups of learners accordingly.

This is a common setup, and you guessed it: Learning Paths will come in handy for this situation, too.
